On first start the launcher downloads the game files and verifies them. Roughly 5 GB, a one-time wait.
In the launcher's server list, add a server and paste our URL. It shows up alongside the public servers from then on.
Pick a name, take the starter car, and drive. Your account exists on our server only — nothing is shared with other worlds.
The server is not running yet, so this is a placeholder. The real URL goes out with the invite once the world opens — this page is public, so it will not be posted here.

The game is from 2010. If your machine can open a browser with more than three tabs, it can run this.
Launcher errors are almost always covered in the upstream documentation — error codes, antivirus false positives, and the usual Windows permission traps. If that does not solve it, ask Christian.
